Ingredients

  • 1/4c olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, dices
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cans organice diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2c almonds
  • 1/2c almond milk
  • 1/2c fresh basil
  • 1/2 recipe of Sesame hemp turkey bites

Method

  • Saute onion in olive oil until tender, add garlic stirring until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low and add the tomatoes and almonds
  • Cook for 30 min, stirring frequently
  • Remove mixture from heat and transfer to the blender.
  • Add the basil and almond milk, blend until smooth
  • Add pre-baked turkey bites and pulse several time to shred turkey.
