Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 onions, minced
- chicken fat or shortening
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
Method
- Boil livers. Fry onions in fat until lightly browned. Blend livers, eggs and onions (or put through meat grinder; fine grind). Add fat to make right spreading consistency. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
