Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef fillet, cut in strips
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cl. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 6 slices fresh ginger, or 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/2 c. minced red pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. chopped sage
  • 1 tsp. chopped taragon
  • 5 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot curry powder

Method

  • Saute the beef strips in hot oil, then remove from the skillet. In the same oil, saute the onion, garlic, celery ginger and pepper for 6 to 8 min. Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with the sage, tarragon, soy sauce, and curry powder. Combine with the meat and serve.
