Ingredients
- 1 lb beef fillet, cut in strips
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cl. garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 6 slices fresh ginger, or 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/2 c. minced red pepper
- 1/2 c. minced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp. chopped sage
- 1 tsp. chopped taragon
- 5 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. hot curry powder
Method
- Saute the beef strips in hot oil, then remove from the skillet. In the same oil, saute the onion, garlic, celery ginger and pepper for 6 to 8 min. Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with the sage, tarragon, soy sauce, and curry powder. Combine with the meat and serve.
