Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles or fettucini
- 1/2 c. half and half or cream
- 6 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook noodles according to package directions (use minimum recommended time for boiling); drain noodles and place in large bowl with butter, cream and cheese.
- Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Stir ingredients together.
- Serve immediately.
