Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons raw honey
  • 13 teaspoon powdered ginger or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove, bud
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne (or Citrus fruits, Garlic, Onion, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme)
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon (or Anise, Cayenne, Lemon, Thyme)

Method

  • Mix clove bud, ginger and optional ingredient you would enjoy.
  • Infuse in 2 cups boiling water, and for every cup, stir in 2 teaspoons soothing and sweet raw honey.
  • Sip throughout the day until you are feeling comforted.
