Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of cinnamon
Method
- Combine ingredients and beat real well; add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
- Roll dough out as thin as you can on a floured board and cut it into diamond shapes.
- Put slit in center of each diamond and pull end through.
- Fry at 375° until golden brown.
- Drain on paper toweling and coat with powdered sugar.
