Ingredients
- 8 oz. mild pork sausage
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose plain flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Break up sausage and brown well.
- Remove all but 3 tablespoons fat.
- Add to sausage mixture the flour.
- Brown flour medium brown; add milk.
- Stir constantly.
- Boil until thick.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over biscuits.
