Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 4 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
Method
- Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, paprika and seasoned salt. Add hot water and cover; cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
- Add zucchini and corn; add cornstarch to the 3 tablespoons of cold water and dissolve.
- Add steak sauce and cornstarch mixture to other ingredients.
- Cook on high for 12 to 20 minutes.
- Makes 5 to 6 servings.
