Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 4 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole corn, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water

Method

  • Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, paprika and seasoned salt. Add hot water and cover; cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
  • Add zucchini and corn; add cornstarch to the 3 tablespoons of cold water and dissolve.
  • Add steak sauce and cornstarch mixture to other ingredients.
  • Cook on high for 12 to 20 minutes.
  • Makes 5 to 6 servings.
