Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 3/4 c. pineapple juice

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • This is an excellent marinade for chicken or beef, to be cooked on the outdoor grill or baked in the oven.
  • Best results if chicken soaks for 2 to 3 days in marinade covered in the refrigerator.
  • Or can be used after 1 to 2 hours of soaking.
  • Meat will be very tender.
  • Marinade can be re-used if kept in refrigerator.
