Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- This is an excellent marinade for chicken or beef, to be cooked on the outdoor grill or baked in the oven.
- Best results if chicken soaks for 2 to 3 days in marinade covered in the refrigerator.
- Or can be used after 1 to 2 hours of soaking.
- Meat will be very tender.
- Marinade can be re-used if kept in refrigerator.
