Ingredients
- 1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla flavor instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl; beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.
- (Do not underbake.)
- Cool in pans for 15 minutes; remove and cool on racks.
- Fill with Easy Coconut-Pecan Filling.
