Ingredients
- 1 pt. frozen corn, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
Method
- Beat eggs thoroughly; add milk.
- Mix sugar and flour together; add to egg mixture, beating well.
- Add salt, dash of black pepper and melted margarine.
- Add cooked and drained corn.
- Pour in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and stir once; continue cooking until set and lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes more.
