Ingredients

  • 1 pt. frozen corn, cooked and drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted

Method

  • Beat eggs thoroughly; add milk.
  • Mix sugar and flour together; add to egg mixture, beating well.
  • Add salt, dash of black pepper and melted margarine.
  • Add cooked and drained corn.
  • Pour in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and stir once; continue cooking until set and lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes more.
