Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, chopped coarsely
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • water

Method

  • Cook hamburger, drain and set aside.
  • Simmer cabbage and onion in fry pan with butter or olive oil.
  • Add enough water to steam fry.
  • Stir hamburger and cabbage mixture together, add tomato soup.
  • Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
