Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, chopped coarsely
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- water
Method
- Cook hamburger, drain and set aside.
- Simmer cabbage and onion in fry pan with butter or olive oil.
- Add enough water to steam fry.
- Stir hamburger and cabbage mixture together, add tomato soup.
- Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
