Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. beef flavored gravy mix
  • 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium head lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 4 oz. sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 6 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 cans Three Bean Salad, drained and refrigerated
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, coarsely crushed

Method

  • In a heavy skillet, brown ground beef.
  • Add chopped onion, gravy mix and hot pepper sauce.
  • Stir in 3/4 cup water.
