Ingredients
- cornmeal
- 6 cups flour
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups skim milk
- 12 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray and dust with cornmeal.
- heat until warm- don't boil- the milk, water, splenda, and salt.
- remove from heat and add yeast.
- combine all ingredients.
- divide dough in half and put into loaf pans.
- sprinkle with cornmeal.
- cover and let rise until doubled- about 45 minute bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
