Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned with 1/2 onion
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (10 count) pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg. grated Cheddar
  • 2 pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas and cheeses. Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and grease.
  • Layer bottom with tortillas.
  • Put layer of mixed ingredients with 1/2 of cheeses, then another layer of meat mixture with rest of cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted at 350°.
