- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned with 1/2 onion
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 count) pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 pkg. grated Cheddar
- 2 pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, except tortillas and cheeses. Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and grease.
- Layer bottom with tortillas.
- Put layer of mixed ingredients with 1/2 of cheeses, then another layer of meat mixture with rest of cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted at 350°.
