Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Fritos, divided
  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • paprika and parsley flakes

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Brown ground beef with 1/2 cup chopped onion and drain.
  • Stir in can of cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, garlic powder and pepper.
  • Simmer, uncovered, while preparing crust.
