Ingredients

  • 2 cans chicken broth (nonfat)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 skillet cornbread
  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 3/4 c. nonfat Land O Lakes sour cream
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Method

  • Make a skillet of cornbread using skim milk, Egg Beaters and 1 onion.
  • This can be made the day before.
  • Crumble cornbread and hamburger buns.
  • Mix together.
  • Add Mrs. Dash and black pepper. Mash the cooked squash in cornbread mix.
  • Add chicken broth. Cook in Teflon skillet until consistency wanted or bake in oven at 350°.
