Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth (nonfat)
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 skillet cornbread
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 3/4 c. nonfat Land O Lakes sour cream
- 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Make a skillet of cornbread using skim milk, Egg Beaters and 1 onion.
- This can be made the day before.
- Crumble cornbread and hamburger buns.
- Mix together.
- Add Mrs. Dash and black pepper. Mash the cooked squash in cornbread mix.
- Add chicken broth. Cook in Teflon skillet until consistency wanted or bake in oven at 350°.
