Ingredients
- 12 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 7 c. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. apricot brandy
- 3 qt. milk
Method
- Beat egg yolks.
- Add sugar, vanilla, whipping cream, brandy and milk.
- Whip and let set overnight.
- Whip egg whites and fold in.
- Makes 25 cups.
