Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tube sausage
  • 1 large pkg. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pkg. of hot dog buns or 1/2 loaf white bread, cubed or torn

Method

  • Brown sausage and drain.
  • Scramble eggs adding cheese.
  • In a 9 x 12 pan, spread out bread and cover with sausage.
  • Pour eggs over sausage and stir to ensure that everything is coated with egg.
  • You can store in the refrigerator for next day use or bake right away at 375 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the eggs are no longer liquid and top is slightly brown.
