Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper and powdered garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. bouillon
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Method

  • Mix first 7 ingredients.
  • Shape into balls; brown in skillet.
  • Pour bouillon over meatballs; simmer for 20 min.
  • Add in lowfat sour cream; stir till well mixed.
  • Heat, keeping temperature low so cream won't curdle.
  • May be served over warm noodles or possibly rice.
  • Yield: 6 servings.
