Ingredients
- 1 box chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 box Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients.
- Let chill.
- Carve out the center of a loaf of rye bread and fill with spinach dip.
- Serve with rye bread chunks removed from center and crackers.
