Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 4 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 3/4 to 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed between fingers before adding
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. bought preminced garlic
  • 8 oz. spaghetti or vermicelli

Method

  • Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 30 minutes (or however long it takes to boil the water and cook the spaghetti or vermicelli). Enjoy!
