Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Heat oven to 400F.
  • Combine all ingredients except salsa and cheese in 8-inch square baking dish; cover.
  • Bake 35 min.
  • or until chicken is done.
  • Top with salsa and cheese; bake, uncovered, 10 min.
  • or until cheese is melted and liquid is absorbed.
