Ingredients
- 400 grams Anko (koshi-an or tsubu-an)
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Black sugar
- 4 pinch Salt
- 1 Mochi
Method
- In a small pot, combine the anko, water, and black sugar.
- Then simmer over a low heat.
- Grill the mochi.
- Pour some of the anko soup into a soup bowl.
- Top with the grilled mochi.
- Then, pour some more soup on top.
- Add a pinch of salt to finish, and serve.
