Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion, slivered
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce) candiced mild green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke

Method

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place pork chops in a single layer in a baking dish.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread silvered onions evenly over pork chops.
  • In a seperate bowl mix diced tomatoes, diced green chiles and liquid smoke.
  • Spread evenly over pork chops.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature of pork chops reads 160 degrees.
