Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. uncooked rice
Method
- Brown meat lightly in oil.
- Add remaining ingredients, except rice.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Add rice and cook 15 minutes longer or until rice is tender.
- Yields 4 servings.
