Ingredients
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. sugar or 6 packets Sweet 'N Low
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour into jars.
- Cover and chill several hours or until set.
- Keep stored in refrigerator.
- Makes approximately 3 cups.
