Ingredients

  • 200 grams Pork
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 servings~ Cooked white rice

Method

  • Use your favorite part of pork.
  • I used the trimmings.
  • Slice an onion thinly.
  • Heat oil in a preheated pan, and sweat the onions.
  • When onions soften, add the mirin, soy sauce and sugar.
  • Fry over medium heat.
  • Add the meat immediately afterwards.
  • Fry until the sauce is boiled down a little and the meat has cooked through.
  • Put it on rice and it's done.
  • It goes well with eggs.
  • You can also put sesame seeds or green onions to garnish.
