Ingredients
- 200 grams Pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 servings~ Cooked white rice
Method
- Use your favorite part of pork.
- I used the trimmings.
- Slice an onion thinly.
- Heat oil in a preheated pan, and sweat the onions.
- When onions soften, add the mirin, soy sauce and sugar.
- Fry over medium heat.
- Add the meat immediately afterwards.
- Fry until the sauce is boiled down a little and the meat has cooked through.
- Put it on rice and it's done.
- It goes well with eggs.
- You can also put sesame seeds or green onions to garnish.
