- 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- In a 2-quart pot, brown ground beef, separating meat with a fork as it cooks.
- Add spaghetti sauce, water and salt.
- Heat through.
- Mix the egg in with the Ricotta cheese.
