Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup Instant White Rice
- 1-1/4 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cups Your Favorite Salsa
Method
- Bring the broth and salsa to a boil in a small sauce pan. Once at a boil add the rice, stir to combine and cover. Remove from the heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
