Ingredients

  • 250 grams Ground beef and pork blend
  • 150 grams Onion
  • 1 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Panko
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 dash each Salt and pepper
  • 1 Plain white flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Panko
  • 1 Oil for deep frying

Method

  • Mince the raw onions, and mix into the ingredients.
  • Shape into patties.
  • Coat the patties first in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in panko.
  • After adjusting the patties, fry in oil at 170C.
  • Done.
  • Shape them into mini bite sizes if packing in your bento.
