Ingredients
- 250 grams Ground beef and pork blend
- 150 grams Onion
- 1 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Panko
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 dash each Salt and pepper
- 1 Plain white flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Panko
- 1 Oil for deep frying
Method
- Mince the raw onions, and mix into the ingredients.
- Shape into patties.
- Coat the patties first in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in panko.
- After adjusting the patties, fry in oil at 170C.
- Done.
- Shape them into mini bite sizes if packing in your bento.
