Ingredients

  • 4 c. uncooked noodles *
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
  • grated Mozzarella cheese or cheese of your liking
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 oz. or 1 small pkg. softened cream cheese

Method

  • Brown beef and onions and pour off grease.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Add evaporated milk to drained noodles and 2 ounces or 1 small package of softened cream cheese. Pour noodles into a 2-quart casserole or oblong pan.
  • Spread meat mixture over the noodles.
  • Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.
