Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. canned or fresh fruit (peaches, pineapple, blackberries)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Melt butter in baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Pour fruit on top.
- Do not stir.
- Crust will rise to top.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
