Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. soybean oil
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Coat skillet with cooking oil.
- Place over medium heat until hot.
- Add chicken and brown on both sides.
- Add water.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Yields 4 servings. Preparation time is 25 minutes.
