Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of potato soup (condensed)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
  • vegetable cooking spray

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Spray 9 x 13-inch baking with cooking spray.
  • Drain vegetables in colander.
  • Mix cream of potato soup and cream of chicken soup in mixing bowl.
  • Add chicken broth, pepper, vegetables and chicken pieces and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick and milk and mix until combined (the mixture will still be a little lumpy).
  • Pour the Bisquick mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serves 6 to 8 people.
