Ingredients

  • chicken breasts (1 per each serving)
  • sliced deli ham (1 per each serving)
  • sliced Swiss cheese (1 per each serving)
  • flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Method

  • Pound chicken
  • breast
  • until
  • flat.
  • Put 1 slice of ham and 1 slice
  • of
  • Swiss cheese on top and roll up.
  • Secure with toothpick. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Roll chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
  • Place in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle with melted butter and honey.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
