Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. pineapple tidbits
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2 tbsp. minced green onions
- 1 (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- Grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine all but noodles.
- Mix in 1 c. noodles.
- Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan.
- Chill if you like.
- Top with remaining noodles and grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees till warm (about 50 min).
- Serves 4-5.
- Pass soy sauce!
