Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts (cut into sm. pcs)
  • 1 lg. bunch broccoli (separate flowers & thinly slice stems)
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root, chopped & Pared
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch

Method

  • Cook broccoli till tender in boiling water and drain.
  • Lightly brown chicken pcs in warm oil and remove from skillet.
  • Add in garlic, ginger root and broccoli to warm skillet and saute/fry for 2 min.
  • Return chicken to skillet.
  • In a small bowl combine broth, oyster sauce and cornstarch.
  • Mix well and add in to skillet.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently till sauce is thickened.
  • Serve over rice.
