Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts (cut into sm. pcs)
- 1 lg. bunch broccoli (separate flowers & thinly slice stems)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger root, chopped & Pared
- 1 can chicken broth
- 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Cook broccoli till tender in boiling water and drain.
- Lightly brown chicken pcs in warm oil and remove from skillet.
- Add in garlic, ginger root and broccoli to warm skillet and saute/fry for 2 min.
- Return chicken to skillet.
- In a small bowl combine broth, oyster sauce and cornstarch.
- Mix well and add in to skillet.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently till sauce is thickened.
- Serve over rice.
