Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 23 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (I like to go a little heavy on this)
  • 1 graham cracker crust (get the extra serving kind, it's bigger)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  • Pour blended ingredients into pre-made crust.
  • Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  • Fork check.
  • Let stand 15 minutes.
  • Increase oven temperature to 425.
  • Combine top layer ingredients - sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  • Pour over baked filling.
  • Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
  • Remove, cool and refrigerate.
