- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/3 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 soup can water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- salt to taste
Method
- Chop or shred cabbage.
- Place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Add instant rice to hamburger mixture and mix well.
- Spoon mixture on top of shredded cabbage.
- Mix soup, water, sugar, catsup and Worcestershire sauce together.
- Pour soup mixture over hamburger rice mixture.
- Cover pan with foil.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
