Ingredients

  • 16 ounces italian style meatballs Frozen
  • 1 box whole wheat penne pasta cooked until al dente
  • 5 ounces Italian cheese Kraft, and Herb cooking creme
  • 3 tablespoons pasta sauce Dei Fratelli Traditional
  • 28 ounces tomatoes can Dei Fratelli whole
  • 8 ounces Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 2 qt. glass casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Heat frozen meat balls in the prepared baking dish in microwave for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and add cooked pasta, cooking creme and sauce. Squeeze in tomatoes and add juice from tomatoes. (For a thicker sauce, do not add juice from tomatoes but add additional 1/4 cup of pasta sauce instead). Toss. Sprinkle entire bag of cheese on top and spread evenly.
  • Place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Top should be lightly browned.
