Ingredients
- 2 cans asparagus, drained (keep juice)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. cheese, grated
Method
- Place asparagus in casserole. Mix soup, juice, salt and pepper and pour over asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 300° for about 45 minutes.
