Ingredients
- 1 Konnyaku
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Method
- Slice the konnyaku into 5 mm long pieces.
- Make a cut in the center of each piece.
- Take one end of the konnyaku and pull it through the hole in the center to give it a twisted look.
- Boil the twisted konnyaku well.
- [ Teriyaki Konnyaku Seasoning Sauce: ] Put the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and the cooked konnyaku into a plastic bag and mix well.
- Spread the vegetable oil in a heated frying pan, and add the mixed ingredients from Step 3.
- Stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, simmer to reduce, and it's done.
- Enjoy this well-seasoned and healthy dish!
