Ingredients

  • 1 Konnyaku
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method

  • Slice the konnyaku into 5 mm long pieces.
  • Make a cut in the center of each piece.
  • Take one end of the konnyaku and pull it through the hole in the center to give it a twisted look.
  • Boil the twisted konnyaku well.
  • [ Teriyaki Konnyaku Seasoning Sauce: ] Put the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and the cooked konnyaku into a plastic bag and mix well.
  • Spread the vegetable oil in a heated frying pan, and add the mixed ingredients from Step 3.
  • Stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes, simmer to reduce, and it's done.
  • Enjoy this well-seasoned and healthy dish!
