Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Method

  • Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
  • Sprinkle 1 can coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans into the pan.
  • Mix German chocolate cake mix according to directions.
  • Spread over coconut and pecans.
  • Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and melted butter.
  • Drop by the spoonful over the cake batter.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
