Ingredients
- 1 can coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Sprinkle 1 can coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans into the pan.
- Mix German chocolate cake mix according to directions.
- Spread over coconut and pecans.
- Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and melted butter.
- Drop by the spoonful over the cake batter.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
