Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz. or 10 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drain most of the juice, if possible
- 2 bags Stella D'Oro Anginette cookies
Method
- Mix the top 3 ingredients together.
- Cut the cookies in half. Keep mix in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Put 1 teaspoon of mix between the cookies.
- Enjoy yourself.
