Ingredients
- 4 to 5 large potatoes
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. green onions
- 1 lb. bacon
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Method
- Boil and grate potatoes into a 9 x 11-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream and onions.
- Mix with potatoes.
- Fry and crumble bacon on top of potatoes; sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake approximately 40 to 50 minutes at 350°.
