Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 (2 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour (unsifted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Method
- Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
- Beat brown sugar and eggs together until light in color.
- Add melted chocolate-butter mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Add vanilla, then beat in flour. Stir in chocolate bits and pecan halves.
