Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. beet juice
- 1 1/2 c. diced beets
- 1/2 c. each onion and celery
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Method
- Bring to boil the vinegar, water and sugar.
- Dissolve Jell-O. Cool with beet juice.
- Add beets, diced onion, celery and mustard seed.
- Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
