Ingredients
- 1/2 c. regular rice
- 3 oz. box gelatin (any flavor)
- small can crushed pineapple
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Cook rice and water until done, about 20 minutes.
- Do not drain.
- Add gelatin, sugar and pineapple to the cooked rice.
- Mix well and let cool and then add Cool Whip.
