Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 pounds new redskin potatoes, quartered and cooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste

Method

  • Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add onions, celery and dill; fold in blue cheese and potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill overnight.
